Nikolaus brings over four decades of finance and executive leadership at the highest levels. His career spans leadership roles in MDAX companies and board-level duties in DAX-listed organizations. Internationally experienced, he has delivered major results in Europe, the USA and Brazil. With expertise in IFRS/US GAAP accounting, liquidity management, turnaround strategy and cross-border integrations, he is known for his analytical rigour, strategic foresight and operational discipline.
